How to create this spooky Halloween design with bloody hands:

Apply your base color. For this design, a silver nail polish was chosen, but of course, you can choose any color you like. This design stands out best on a lighter background color.

Wait until your nail polish is surface dry. This takes about 10 minutes. Then apply another layer of nail polish.

Wait at least 15 minutes before stamping the design. Here, use red stamping polish.

With the brush from the red nail polish, after wiping most of the polish off in the bottle so the brush is almost dry, make light strokes on the nail.

Create your other designs, as shown here where a black stamping polish is used.

Then apply a thin layer of water-based topcoat – this is to ensure your regular topcoat doesn't smear the stamping.

Wait about 5 minutes.

Finish with your favorite topcoat.
Designs used are from Moyra 83 – Fall In Love and 126 Witchcraft.
Tip: For longer-lasting wear of your design, you can advantageously apply an extra layer of topcoat. Always remember to seal the tip of your nail.
