These beautiful Halloween-themed nails I have been allowed to show by the talented Zuzana. She is the one behind the idea for the design and its execution. The design is made exclusively with products from Moyra. Enjoy!
-
Clean nails. For the nail polish to last longer, it is important that they are completely dry before applying basecoat – so use a wipe with nail polish remover and do not wash your hands afterwards.
-
Start by applying a layer of basecoat.
-
Apply two coats of Marthy from Moyra – wait until the nail polish is completely dry.
-
Optionally, apply liquid tape around the nails.
-
Wipe the stamping plate "A Day like This" from Moyra with nail polish remover before use.
-
Apply a layer of black stamping polish to the chosen design – here two different ones are chosen – "Spiderweb" and the "Trick or Treat" text.
-
Use a scraper (or an old credit card, for example) at a 45-degree angle to remove excess nail polish from the design.
-
Now you need to pick up the design with a stamper – preferably choose a clear stamper, which makes it easier to see where on the nail you place the design.
-
Wait until the stamped design is completely dry, finish with a topcoat suitable for stamping.
-
If liquid tape was not used, excess nail polish can be removed with a brush and acetone, otherwise simply remove the tape.
