This fantastic design is made by Karina Lutzke. Super stylish and actually quite simple to make. You can use your own favorite colors or use the ones Karina has used. Only your imagination sets the limits. With these nails, you are sure to get many positive and appreciative comments.
1. Apply a layer of base coat.
2. Apply a layer of black nail polish.
3. Apply a layer of quick-drying top coat to prevent the stencil from pulling off the nail polish when it is removed. Let it dry for a few minutes.
4. Apply liquid latex to all nails.
5. Four chevrons are used on each of the two nails. Take two chevrons at a time and place them at the top of the ring finger nail so the tip points downward. Take two more and place them a little further down on the same nail.
6. Do the same on the middle finger nail, but this time turn the tips upward.
7. Gently rub the powder onto the nails. Feel free to rub on several layers.
8. Gently brush off the excess powder from the nails with a soft brush.
9. Carefully remove the stencil and cuticle protector.
10. Apply a water-based top coat to the nails. (Very important so as not to ruin the mirror effect!)
11. Finish with a quick-drying top coat.
